Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident using Ideoz in your daily work, we believe your experience should be seamless and intuitive.

While we continuously improve Ideoz and apply quality safeguards, AI outputs should be reviewed and validated before use in production environments.

If you experience a material issue that significantly impacts your ability to use the core functionality of Ideoz, please contact our support team. We’re committed to reviewing each case carefully and fairly.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to admin@ideoz.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. In the email body, briefly explain why you’d like a refund (your feedback helps us improve!)

We’ll review your request within 2–5 business days and our team will contact you directly with the status of your refund
